1. Information we collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, account details, support messages, and payment-related references. We also receive basic device, browser, IP address, and usage information for security and analytics.
2. How information is used
Information is used to provide and improve services, maintain accounts, process requests and payments, send essential communications, prevent abuse, and understand aggregate site performance.
3. Sharing and processors
We do not sell personal information. Limited data may be processed by hosting, email, analytics, payment, media, and AI providers where necessary to operate the service or comply with law.
4. AI assistants and content moderation
Messages submitted to the portfolio assistant are sent to Google Gemini to retrieve relevant public portfolio knowledge and generate a response. Contact messages, meeting requests, and chatbot prompts are also checked by Gemini for offensive or abusive content before they are accepted; rejected content is not intentionally saved to the site's database or sent by email, and identified terms may be returned to your browser for highlighting. If you select Generate with AI beside a contact or meeting-context field, the draft text and relevant form details are sent to Gemini for writing assistance; the result remains editable and the form is not submitted automatically. Contact-message generation includes any name and email address already entered. Meeting-context generation includes the name, email address, meeting purpose, preferred date and time, duration, and time zone entered in the form. Do not submit sensitive or confidential information. Google processes these requests under its applicable service terms and data policies.
5. Meeting requests
If you request a meeting, the name, email address, topic, context, preferred date, time zone, and duration are stored so availability can be checked and the request can be reviewed. A copy is emailed to you and the site owner; no Google Meet link or calendar event is created automatically. These details are sent to the AI provider only if you explicitly select Generate with AI for Helpful context.
7. Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent where applicable. Marketing messages include an unsubscribe mechanism.
9. Children and international processing
The services are not directed to children under 13. Service providers may process information outside India under appropriate contractual and legal safeguards.
10. Policy updates
This policy may be revised as the services or applicable laws change. The updated date will be changed when material revisions are published.
